Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditsments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and also all buildings, svuctures, additions and improvements, now or at any time heteaftor
erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plant. lighting plant. and all
plumbing apparatus, [ixtures, applia~ces, ventilating equipment. toilets. basins, electric heating and lightins
plants, lighting fiatures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger oE other ete-
vators, including passenget and other elevators. venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now
or herea[ter located in the building upon said land. and all other machinery. appliances and apparatus nuw or
hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewal or replacement of fixtures. machinery. appliances and ap-
~ purtenances orisinally installed on said premises. in connection with the completion thereof or in addition there-
~ to, which may hereafter be place~upon the above described land. which said fixtures, machinery, appliances and
appurtenances the 4bttga~or warrants shall be free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in
favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a first lien thereon.
TO FIAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or as-
s~gned by the Nortga6ot, or intended so to be. unto the Mortgagee. in fee simple.
And the !Vbrtgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has fuil power and lawful right to ~
convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it.shall be lawful for the Mortgaaee at all times peaceably and ~
quietly ~to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said Iand is free from all ~ncumbrances except as
may be herein described; that the Mort~asot wil! make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to
said land in the Mortsa6ee as may reasa~nably be required; and that the Mort~asor hereby fully warrants the title
to said land and wi11 defend the same against the Iawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
