IT APPEARING to the Court that on the 17th day of September,
1968 the Bankrupt herein filed a Petition for Arrangement in
accordance with the proviaions of CFiapter XI of the Acts of
Congress relating to Bankruptcy; and that on the 8th day of
October, 1968 a hearing was held for the purpose of determining
whether or not the debtor ahould be ordered to file an indem:iity .
bond; and at said hearing it was determined by the Court that
