ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
That We, MARJORIE HITCH PRICE, H.C. HITCH, JR. and JOYCE HITCH
GRAY as Co-Trustees of the Residuary Trust under the Last Will and
Testament of Henry C. Hitch, deceased, and as Co-Trustees oE the Residuary
Trust Under the Henry C. Hitch Declaration of Trust, dated January 2,
1965 as amerided by Amendment dated Jutie 30, 1967, parties of the first
part, in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, and other
valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of MARJORIE HITCH
PRICE, JOYCE HITCH GRAY and H. C. HITCH, JR., parties of the second
~ part, at or before the ensealing and delivcry of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,_ do hereby grant, bargain, sell,

H. C. HITGH, JR., an undivided interest, CHRTSTINE W. HITCH, an
undivided I/8 interest and MARJORIE HITCH PRICE, H.C. HITCIi, JR, and
JOYCE HITCH GRAY, as Co-Trustees of the Residuary Trust under the Last
Wi.ll and Testament of Henry C. Hitch, Deceased, and as Co-Trustees of
the Residuary Trust Under the Henry C. Hitch Declaration of Trust,
dated January 2, 1965,-as amended by amendment dated June 30, 1967,
an undivided 3/8 interest; and recorded in Official Record Book 181,
page 2963, Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, upon the
following described piece ~r parcel of land, situate and being in said.
County and State, to-wit:
TO: MARJORIE HITCH PRICE, an undivided one-half (1/2) interest.
TO: JOY+CE HITCH GRAY, an undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest.
TO: H. C. HITCH, JR., an undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest.
The NE4 of the SE~ of Section 36, Township 34, South, Range ~
39 East, subject to the rights of way for canal and roads,
and less 1.5 acres to Charles Stone, Jr: et ux as described ~
in O.R. Book 103, page 3, St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH 1969-70 crop of citrus fruit growing thereon.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,
and the moneys due and to became due thereon, with interest from the
31st day of December , 1972 ,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the second
part, their heirs, legal representatives, snccessors and assigns forever.
