asoresaid, an officer ~uiy authorized to take ac~nowledgments of deeds and other

of Citizens Federal Savings and'Loan Association , a corpo~ation, and also per-
sonally appeared befnre me Lee L. Smith the Secretary
of the said corporation; the said persons being severalty well known to me and known
by me to be the same tndividuals described in and who as such President `
and as such Secretary executed the above written instrume~t on behalf of said
corporation; and he, the said President, acknowledged that as such President he
subscribed the said corpo~ate name to said instrument on behalf and by authority of said
corporation, and he, the said Secretary acknowledged that he affixed the seal of '
said corporation to said instrament and attested the same by subscribing his name as •
Secretary of said corporetion, by authority and on behalf of said corporation,
a~d each of the two persons above named acknowledged that they, as such President and
Secretary, delivered said instrument by authority and on behalf of said cor- -
;,aration and that all such acts were done freely and voluntarfly and for the uses and
purposes i~ said instrument set forth and that such instrument is the free act and deed
of said-corporation; and each of said persons further acknowledged and declared that he
