~ AGREEMENT FOR DEED
ARTICLSS OF AGREEMENT, Made this ~e ~ day of April, 1973,
between RIVERSIDE COMPANY, a corporation u~cler the laws of the State
of Florida, party of the first part, and RICHARD BASS, CLYDE SMITH,

CFII~iRI33S GAMBLS, ~ COLUMBUS MARTIN, JR. as TRUSTEES FOR CHURCH OF GOD
IN CHRIST OF AMERICA NUMBER 3, an incorporated association, 2101 San
Marcus Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida, party of the- second part,
W I T N E S S E T H :
That if the said party of the second part shall first make the
papments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentio~ed on its part
to be made and performed, the said~party of the first part hereby
covenants and agrees to convey and assure to the said party of the
second part, its successors and assigns, in fee simple, clear of all
incumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient deed, the lot, piece
or parcel of ground situated in the Court.yof St. Lucie, State of Florida,
known and described as follows, to wit:
Lot 11, WHIDDON'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 9, Page 17, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
' and the said party of the second part hereby covenants and agrees to

k DOLLARS ($500.00) upon the execution of this Agreement, the receipt

~ whereof is hereby acknowledged, FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) on the lOth

~ day of May, 1973 and the sum of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) on the lOth
day of each month thereafter until the full amount of principal and
' interest be fully paid, with interest at the rate of eight percent

~ (8%) per annum, payable monthly on the whole sum remaining from time -

~ to time unpaid, said payments of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to be applied

~ first to the payment of interest and then to the payment of principal;
