THIS LFASE is made this 2nd day of February , 1973 , by and between
M.A. Wally & Lois Gruber, d~'b/a South plaza, a co-partnership .
(hereinafter called the LESSOR) and
FRANCHISE REALTY INTERSTATE CORPORATION, an I1Zinois corporation, '
(hereinaf ter called the LESSEE). .
WITNESSET~~:
LESSOR does hereby lease to LESSBE that certain land situated in the City of
Ft. Pierce , County of St. Lucie , State of Florida
and more particularly described on page lA attached hereto and made a part hereof. :
T~0 HAVE AND TO HOLD for a term commencing as of ~tober 12 ~ 1q71 ~
and ending October 11 , 19 91 . Further LESSOR does hereby grant to LESSEE
the right of option to extend the term of this lease upon the eacpiration of the
original term for successive periods aggregating 20 years.
The rentals to be paid by LESSEE and all of the obligations and rights of
LESSOR and LESSEE in respect to the above described rental for the original tPrm
and the extension thereof are set forth in a certain lease dated July 12, 19 71
executed by the parties hereto.
This instrwnent is merely a me~randum of the aforesaid Lease and is subject
to all of the terms, conditlons and provisions thereof. In the event of any
inconsistency between the terms of said Lease and this instrumeat, the terms of -
said Lease shall prevail as between the parties hereto._
It is further agreed that this memorandum hereby ratifies and confirms that
lease dated July 12, 1971 - This agreement is hereby made binding upon
the heirs, successors, assigns, executors, and administrators of the parties hereto.

first above written."
