THIS LEASE is made this 2nd day of February , 19 73 , by and betWeen •
M. A. Wal1y and Lois Gruber d b a South Plaza, a co-partnership
(hereinafter called the LESSOIt) and ~ ~
C I E REALTY INTERSTATE CORPORATION, an Illinois corporation, ~
(hereinafter called the LESSEE). ~ :

~IITNLSSETH :
LESSOR does hereby lease to LESSEE that certaia 2aad situated in the City of ~
Ft. Pierce , County of St. Lucie , State of Florida
and more particularly described on page lA attached hereto and made a part hereof.
1~0 HAVE AND TO AOLD for a term coummencing as of October 12 ~ 19 71
and ending October 11 , 19 91 . Further LBSSOR does hereby grant to LESSEE
the right of option to extend the term of this lease upon the expiration of the
original term for successive periods aggregating 20 years. _
The rentals to be paid by LESSEE and all of the obligations and rights of
LESSOR and LESSEE in respect to the above described rental for the original term
and the extension thereof are set forth in a certain lease dated _ Janua.ry 28, 1971*
executed by the parties hereto.

This instrumeat is merely a memorandum of the aforesaid Lease and is sub~ect
to all of the terms, conditions and proviaions thereof. In the event of any
inconsistency between the terms of said Lesse and this instremient, the terms of
said Lease shall prevail as between the parties hereto.
It is further agreed that this memorandum hereby ratifies and confirms that ~
lease dated January 28, 1971* , This agreement is hereby made binding upon
the heirs, successors, assigns, executors, and administrators of the parties hereto.
IN ~TITNESS WNEREOF, the parties have executed this Lease of the day and year
first above written.
