The purpose of this quitclaim deed is to remove any potential
cloud on title which was created by that certain Executor's Deed .
from St. Lucie County Bank as Executor of the Estate of William
WaZter Bell, Deceased, to the grantor herein, dated December 21,
1971, recorded in O.R. Book 209, page 2932 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, which Executor's Deed conveyed
Lots 13 and 14, Block 6, SURFSIDE PLAZA, Unit 1, but which
inadvertently contained an erroneous plat book and page designa-
tion.
