Re: Lots 13 and 14, Block 6, SURFSIDE, UNIT ONE, as per plat ~
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1Q, page 17 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
Lots 13 and 14, Block 6, SURFSIDE PLAZA, UNIT ONE, as per
- plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 46 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Personally appeared before me FRANK H. FEE, III who,
after first being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he served as attorney for St. Lucie County Bank
in its capacity as executor of the estate of WiZliam Walter Bell,
deceased, who died on February 22, 1970 the owner and holder of
record of Lots 13 and 14, Block 6, SURFSIDE PLAZA, UNIT ONE, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 46 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That preparatory~to the closure of the administration
of said estate, he had occasion to prepare that certain executor's
deed from St. Lucie County Bank as Executor of the Estate of
William Walter Bell, Deceased, to Stella G. Buehl, which deed was
executed on December 21, 1971 and filed for record January 15,
1972 in O.R. Book 209, page 2932 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That it was the interition of said executor`s deed to
convey to Stella G. Buehl as part of her distributive share of the
estate Lots 13 and 14, Block 6, SURFSIDE PLAZA, UNIT ONE, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 46 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That through scrivener's error an incorrect plat book
and page designation for Surfside Plaza, Unit One was inserted in ;
said executor's deed, the correct plat book and page designation
being Plat Book 6, page 46, as opposed to Plat Book 10, page 17.
5. That at the time of his death, William Walter Bell had
no right, title or interest in and to any lots si.tuate, lying and
being in Block 6, Surfside, Unit One, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 10, page 17.
