Personally appeared before me DIANE B. KING who, after first
being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That she is a Deputy Clerk in and for the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that as such she is the
custodian of the ~ublic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That from examination of the Plat Index and the Plat ~
Books of St. Lucie County, Florida she has determined that there
is but one plat nenominated SURFSIDE PLA2A, UNIT ONE, which
said plat is duly filed for record in Plat Book 6, page 46
of_the public re~ords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the plat appearing in Plat Book 10 at page 17 is
a plat of SURFSIDE, UNIT ONE.
4. That the correct plat bodk and page designation for
