ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
For valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of .

which are acknowledged, Exxon Corporation, a New Jersey corpo- ~
ration, Successor to Humble Oil & Refining Co~any, a Delaware ~

corporation ("Assignor"), hereby assigns, sets over and trans-
fers to Pryor York Lillie, Jr., Trustee for Third National Bank ~
in Nashville ("Assignee") all of its.right, title and interest ~
in, to and under that certain Mortgage executed on December 21,
1972, by HOYT C. MURPAY and DOROTHY E. MURPAY, his wife, as to

an undivided 1/3 interest; LEWIS E. WITT and EDITH S. WITT, his
wife, as to an undivided 1/3 interest; and JAMES A. SRANNEL and ~
SYBIL L. SRANNEL, his wife, as to an undivided 1/3 interest, '

and covering that certain parcel of land or real estate located ~
in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, as more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Concurrently with the delivery to Assignee of this Assign- #

ment of Mortgage, Assignor is delivering to Assignee that certain ;

Promissory Note or Note dated December 21, 1972, and executed
by HOYT C. MURPHY and DOROTHY E. MURPHY, his wife, as to an un-

~ divided 1/3 interest; LEWIS E. WITT and EDITH S. WITT, his wife, .
~ as to an undivided 1/3 interest; and JAMES A. SKANNEL (also
~ styled "SKANNELL" in said Note) and SYBIL L. SKANNEL, his wife,
as to an undivided 1/3 interest; jointly and severally, as Maker(s),
in favor of Humble Oil & Refining Company, as Payee, which Promis-
sory Note or Note Assignor has endorsed over to Assignee. ~

recourse agairist Assignor or its successors and/or assigns,
" but is subject to that certain unrecorded Purchase Agreement

~ dated February 6, 1973, between Exxon Corporation and Assignee.
