corporation under the laws of the United States of Ame~ita, the owner of a certain mortgage given by William M.
Miller and Eva R. Miller, his wife dated March 24, 1969 . and recorded
in the public records, of St. L.ucie County, Florida, in Official Reco~d Book 176 on page
1666 , securing the payment of the sum of
