WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 18th day of April, 1973,
by MEREDITH G. KETTLEWELL, joined by his wife, RUTH E. KETTLEWELL,
'hereinafter called the grantors, to WILLIAM J. DENLER, II, and JON ,
H. BERKEY, as Trustees, whose postoffice address is 838 West Long
