WHEREAS, Anthony P. Wojeski died seized and possessed of the i
following described property, lying, being and situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida: :

From the Southwest corner of Section 18, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, run Northerly along the West line of said ~
section 104.83 feet to a point of beginning; from said point ~

of beginning continue Northerly along said section line a i
distance of 132 feet to a point; thence with an angle of 90
degrees run East 25 feet to a pipe; thence continue East 100
feet to a pipe; thence at 90 degrees run South 132 feet to a
pipe; thence at 90 degrees run Westerly 100 feet to a stove
bolt in Drive; thence cor~nue Westerly 25 feet to point of
beginning, less and excepting therefrom all rights of way for
public roads; said land lying in and being a part of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
WHEREAS, Harry Pozefsky, Louis Krutz and Frank Nielson are the ~

duly qualified and acting executors of the estate of Anthony P. ~
~ Wojeski, deceased; and
p WHEREAS, the foresaid executors did petition the Surrogate's
~
~ Court in and for Fulton County, New York, that Court having jurisd-
~ ication of the Estate of Anthony P. Wojeski, deceased, who died a
~ citizen and resident of Fulton County, New York, for authority to ~
- ~
sell the above described property to the second party and for an %
~ 3~J
order authorizing such sale; and
WHEREAS, the Surrogate's Court in and for Fulton County, New ~
t
York, did on the 20th day of February, 1973 enter an order authoriz-
ing sale of the above described real property to the second party;

~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the swn
~ .
~ of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
the receipt of which is acknowledged by the first part, the first ~
