party, as Executors of the Estate of Anthony F. Wojeski, deceased,
does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the second party, their
heirs, personal representatives and assigns, forever, the lands
described and all their appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the second party, their heirs,personal
r~presentatives and assigns, every right, title and interest of which
Harry Pozefsky, Lautis Krutz and Frank Nielson, are now seized and
possessed, as fully and completely as Harry Pozefsky, Louis Krutz and
Frank Nielson, as executors aforesaid could or should convey the
property under and pursuant to the orders of the above mentioned
Court and applicable law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Harry Pozefsky, Louis Krutz and Frank Nielson,
as executors of the estate of Anthony P. Wojeski, deceased, have set
