SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE

- T'he undersigned, DOROTHY K. McMILLAN (whose name
was formerly Dorothy K. Schoenith), the mortgagee under the
mortgage given to her by WILLIAM H. COOK dated March 1,
1956, recorded in Mortgage Book 124, page 573, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering certain lands
in Sections 4, 5, 6, and 9 in Tawnship 36 South, Range 41
East, St. Lucie County, Florida, as described therein, hereby
acknowledges full satisfaction thereof.
This satisfaction is a corrective satisfaction,
given to confirm and ratify the satisfaction fran Dorothy
K. Schoenith to William H. Cook and wife acknowledged
November 23, 1964, recorded in Official Records Book 104,
page 356, public records of St: Lucie County, Florida,
which satisfaction may be irregular because it.a~a not
c3escribe the mortgaged lands nor identify the mortgage by
date. -
