WARRANTY DEED
The Grantor, LAWRENCE McNEILL, whose post
office address is P. O. Drawer AW, Lakeland, Florida
33802, joined by his wife, BETTY ANN McNEILL, in con-
sideration of ten dollars and other valuable considera-
tions received from the Grantee, hereby grants and
conveys to the Grantee, RICHARD VERBIC, as trustee,
whose post office address is 1209 Dundee Avenue, Elgin, ~
