that certain Mortgage from Lawrence McNeill to Charles Passantino,
dated May 26, 1969, filed May 29, 1969 and recorded in Official
Records Book 177, page 2754, St. Lucie Coun~y, Florida, public records.
To HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenemenu, hereditaments and appurtenances '

thereunto belonging or in anywisc appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remai~?der and remainden, rents, issues
and pro[its thereof and also all the estate, right, title. interest, propeny, possession, daim and demand whatsoever as well in
