WARRANTY DEED }
The Grantor, RACHEL McNEILL RAND, a married
woman, whose post office address is Indian Point Lane, ;
Riverside, Connecticut 06878, in consideration of ~
ten dollars and other valuable considerations re-
ceived from the Grantee, hereby grants and conveys `
to the Grantee. RICHARD VERBIC, as trustee, whose
mailing address is 1209 Dundee Avenue, Elgin, Illinois ;
60120, the real property described below.

of fractional Sections 4 and 5, in Township _
36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, together with all riparian and lit-
toral rights thereunto appertaining, SttBJECT
TO existing right-of-way for State Road A-1-A.
The Grantor convenants that the property is
free of all encumbrances, that lawful seisin of and ~
good right to convey the property are vested in the
Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to the property and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
The Grantor excepts from the foregoing covenants of _
title the following: (a) any applicable zoning
regulations; (b) license for mosquito and sandfly . ;
control work given by Dorothy K. Schoenith to St. ;
