The Grantor, BARBARA McNEILL YOW, a married {
woman, whose post office address is 3721 Ortega Boulevard, ~
Jacksonville, Florida 32210, in consideration of ~
ten dollars and other valuable considerations re- ~
ceived from the Grantee, hereby grants and.conveys ~
to the Grantee, RICHARD VERBIC, as trustee, whose
mailing address is 1209 Dundee Avenue, Elgin, Illinois
60120, the real property described below.

The south 186.5 feet of the north 373 feet of 1
the south 2889.8 feet of fractional Sections ~
~ 4 and S, in Township 36 South, Range 41 East, -
St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all _
riparian and littoral rights thereunto apper-
. taining, SUBJECT TO existing right-of-wav for
State Road A-1-A.
The Grantor convenants that the property is
free of all encumbrances, that lawful seisin of and
good right to convey the propertv are vested in the
Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to the property and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
The Grantor excepts from the foregoing covenants of
title the following: (a) any applicable zoning `
regulations; (b) license for mosquito and sandfly
control work given by Dorothy K. Schoenith to St.
Lucie County Sanitary District dated March 4, 1957,
recorded in Official Records Book 225, page 202, St:
Lucie County, Florida; and (c) electric transmission ~
