I am presently a resident of Spokane, Washington and am over the age of 21
years. That I am the natural daughter of H, A. FEY and the sister of HAZEL
R. FEY. That my father was one and the same person as the H. A. FEY named
as the grantee in that certain deed conveying the above described property from

Deed Book 80, Page 5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 'I'hat ~
my father was married to my mother, Sarah Elizabeth Fey, at the time he took
title to the above described property as aforesaid and my said mother died in ~
Elmir-a, New York on July 6, 1935. My father H. A. FEY, never remarried .

following the death of my mother and that he remained a single adult until he ~

i died on February 16, 1953 in Elmira, New York. That my father, H. A. FEY,
~ was a single adult at the time he conveyed the above described Lots 3 and 4 to

135, Page 376 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. That my father,
H. A. FEY, furthermore was a single adult at the time he conveyed the above de-
scribed lots 1 and 2 to my sister, HAZEL R. FEY, by deed dated May 26, 1947
