NNEREAS, VENTURE OUT IN MtERICA AT INDYAM RIYER, INC. (formerly known as HOEIDAY
OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as
the "Mortgagor", by Indenture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201,~ Page 1959, Public Records of St.
zucie County, Florida,~granted and conveyed to Cititens Bank of Palm Beach County, West
Palm Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred fio as "Mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Two Nundred Thousand
($2Q0,000.00) Dollars, together with interest as specified therein; -
ANn ir'HEREAS, the said Martgagor has reqaested the said Mortgagee to release the
premises hereinafter described, being a part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien
and operation of said Mortgage;
MOW, THER~FORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
(~10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does remise, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Mortgaqor, its successors and assigns,
that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said Mortgage, more particularly
described as follows: -
Lots 836, 814, 817, 870, 857 and 810 '

VENTURE~OUT AT INDIAN RIVER, INC., a Condominium, as the same appears by and
upon a plat of the same of record i~ the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, St. Lucie County, Fiorida, in Plat 8ook 16, Page 24, to which said .
piace specific reference is hereby made-for a more complete description of
the premises. .
TO HAYE AhD TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the Mortgagor,.its successors
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the tien of said
l~~ortgage, and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect lien ar encumbrance of
the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining mortgaqed premises, not hereby released there-
from, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
