T'he mortgagor covenants and agrees to practice good husbaridry in the
maintenance and care of said lands and the citrus groves located
thereon and to farm said lands and groves in a good and workmanlike
manner, to maintain and care for said lands and groves in a good
condition, and not to permit any waste, loss or destruction of said
lands and groves, except for ordinary~wear and tear thereon. The
mortgagees shall have the right, at all reasonable times and
places to enter upon the said lands or any part thereof, to inspect
and satisfy themselves that the foregoing good husbandry covenant
and agreement is being performed and accomplished, all in
accordance with locally accepted good husbandry practices.
