R E L E A S E
RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, DAVID B. PUTNAM, party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100ths ($10.00) Dollars,
or other valuable considerations, received From or on behalf of
AIKERZCAN BANR AND TRUST COMPANY OF PENNSYLVANIA, party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
(Wherever used herein the terms ~first party" and
"second party" shall include singular and plural,
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of indi-
viduals, and the successors and assigna of corpora-
tions, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
BEREBY remise, release, acquit, satisfy and forever discharge
the said party of the~second part, and its successors, assigns, agents,
and attorneys, of and from all, and all manner of action and actions,
cause and causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts,
reckonings, bonds, bills.specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies,
agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, execu-
tions,_claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which said
party of the first part ever had, now has, or which any personal repre- •
sentative, successor, heir or assign of said party of the first part,
hereafter can, shall or may have, against said party of the second part,
for, upon or by reason, or arising as a result of the enforcement or
collection of that certain promissory note executed by party of the
first part, DAVID B. POTNAM, in favor of party of the second part,
AMERICAN BANR AND TRUST COMPANY OF PENNSYLVANIA, in the principal sum
One Hundred Thousand and 00/100ths ($100,000.00) Dollars, dated September
18, 1968, from the beginning of the world, to the end of time.
