Trustees under Aqreement dated J~ily 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, paqe 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called • the qrantors, to JAMES P. BROOKS
whose post of fice address is 2408 Sunrise Blvd. , Fort Pierce, Florida -33450
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof I~•S,'

release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOI~D the same in fee simple forever. _
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied -
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
197 2 . _
