Before the uridersigned authority, duly authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
B. A. BITTAN, JR., who, after beinq by me first duly sw~orn, upon
oath says: That my name is B. A. BITTAN. JR.; that affiant is
familiar with the property described above and, ot his own per-
sonal knowledge, can state that the residence on the above
described premises has been occupied for in excess of ten years
last past by LUCY SPIE?~N1AN and ESTHER MALNATI ROSKO.
Affiant further states that the marital relationship of
C. H. FUNK (also known as CI~ARLES E~PiYES FUNK) and A71?~1A H. FUNK
was continuous and without interruption from May 8, 1946 through ~
the date of death of CHARLES I~AYES FUNK. The death certificate
of CHARLES HAYES FUNK being recorded in Deed Book 232, at page

539, of the public records of St. Lucie Qounty, Florida, shows
