the NW corner of said Lot 241 described as follows: Begin at the NW corner of the
NW4 of the SW4 of the NE4 of the lot above described where the North line intersects
the East line of the right of way of Federal Highway No. 1 and run South along said
right of way line 500 feet; thence East 425 feet; thence North 500 feet and thence West
