Gentlemen:
In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding th~ough me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appu~tenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconst~uct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wi~es or
cables of any other Compar~y or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows: ,
- Anchor Easement
` From the Southeast corner of the NWq of Section 12 - 7ownship 35 South - Range
14 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run northerly along the east line of the NW4 of
~ said Section 12 a distance of 27.5 feet; thence run westerly parallel to the center-
= line of State Road 68 a distance of 47 feet to the west right-of-way of Canal No. 31
of the North St. Lucie River Drainage District; thence run westerly 35.5 feet north
of and parallel to the centerline of State Road 68 a distance of 608.5 feet; thence
run westerly a distance of 200 feet to a point which is 42.5 feet north of the south
line of the NWQ of said Section 12, and the Point of Beginning of the centerline of
an anchor easement five (5) feet in width, the centerline of which is described as
follows: ~
From said Point of Beginning, run northerly, at right angles to the south line
of the NWa of said Section 12, a distance of 52 feet to the termination of this
5-foot wide easement.
