In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of ~1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which '
I/we have ~eceived, 1/we and those holding through me/us, g~ant and give to you and your successors ~ easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, ~
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add ~
to, change the size of or remave such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or ~
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other ~
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, arer, upon, under, and across my/our pro- ~
perty described as follows:

Power Line Easement j
From the Southeast corner of the NWQ of Section 12 - Township 35 South - Range ~
39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run northerly along the east line of the NW4 of ~
` said Section 12 a~distance of 27.5 feet; thence run westerly parallel to -the center- ~
~ lir,e of State Road 68 a distance of 47 feet to the west right-of-way of Canal No. 31
~ of the North St. Lucie River Drainage District; and the Point of Beginning of the
s centerline of an easement five (5) feet in width, the centerline of which is described
as follows:

From said Point of Beginning, run westerly 35.5 feet narth of and parallel to the ~
centerline of State Road 68 a distance of 608.5 feet; ~ thence run westerly a distance ~
of 200 feet to a point which is 42.5 feet north of the south line of the NW4 of said ~
Section 12; thence run westerly 42.5 feet north of and parallel to the south line of
the NW'-4 of said Section 12 a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to the west property ~
line of the Bishop property, and the termination of this 5-foot wide easement. ~
