& Co. , a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Connecticut
and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, does hereby certify that
E. L. Linthicum as Vice President, W. R. Grace & Co. , Agricultural Chemicals
Group, is duly authorized under the policies and procedures of W. R. Grace &
Co. , pursuant to the authority given under the articles and bylaws of the corpora-
tion, to execute, on behalf of W. R. Grace & Co. , that certain Quit Claim Deed
dated December 15, 1972, which is attached hereto, which transfers to
D. J. Heller and Marlys A. Heller, his wife, all right, title, _claim, and demaad _

County of Saint Lucie, State of Flor ida, to -wit:
