AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIS
RE: Lot 6, Block 58 of RIVSR PARK UNIT 6,
according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 12, at paqe 28 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared ROSE V. ELLIOTT.who, after first being duly sworn,
did depose and say:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of Richard
J. Elliott who passed away on February 23, 1973; -
2. That she and the said Ri.chard J. Elliott
became the owners of the above described real property by
virtue of that certain warranty deed from Marietta W.
Taylor and Charles H. Taylor, her husband, dated May 19,
1969, and recorded in Official Record Book 178 at page 552
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;.
3. That on the date of acquisition of the above
described real property, she and the said Richard J.
~ Elliott were husband and wife and that said marital re-

lationship was continuous and without interruption until
the death of the said Richard J. Elliott on February 23,
1973; and further affiant sayeth not. }
