BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ANGELA M. BRANCA, who, after being duly cautioned and sworn ~
upon oath, deposes and states:
I. That she is ANGELA M. BRANCA, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. That it has been brought to her attention that with
regard to the property described as: Beginning at the North-
east corner of the NE~ of the SE'~ of Section 17, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, and run thence South 132 feet, thence
West 330 feet, thence run North 132 feet, thence run East 330
feet to the point of beginning, containing 1 acres, more or less.
Less right of way and easements for roads and public utilities;
she took title as Angela Branca, wife of Henry E. Branca, by ~

Warranty Deed dated Dec. 5, 1958, filed in Deed bood 243, Page 244.
3. Further, tha t the affiant granted this property out
along with other property as A~gela M. Branca, wife of Henry E. r

Branca, by Warranty Deed da ted June 29, 1961, filed in Official
Records Book 13, Page 297; and further that she joined in a deed

with her husband, Henry E. Branca, as Angela M. Branca, to Michael
A. Perri, Sr, and Stella M. Perri, his wife, da~ed December 19, F

1961, fil.ed in Official Records Book 25, Page 653. ;
4. That at the time of taking title to this property and '

making these conveyances the affiant was known as Angela M. -
Branca and she is and was one and the same person as the Angela f

Branca who appeared as grantee along with Henry E. Branca, her #
