WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Mosquito Contrel District Board budget,
certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in a form of a
$40,766 additional reimbursement from Florida Communities Trust for the anticipated acquisition of the
Pepper Park Addition.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of the St. Lucie County Mosquito
Control District Board to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bythe Mosquito Control District Board of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 10~h April, 200, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-01, and the Authority's budget is hereby amended as follows:
