The E~cecutor, L. BYRD BOOTH, JR., requests this Court
to sell certain real property and would show the Court as follows:
1. That MARIE SHEPPERD BROACH died testate a resident
of Broward County on the 26th day of January, 1972, at Fort
Lauderdale, Florida.
2. That your Petitioner was duly appointed by this _
Honorable Cou=t as Executor of the Estate of MARIE SHEPPERD BROACH,
deceased „ on the 25th day of February, 1972.

3. That one of the,assets to the estate of MARIE SHEPPERD ~
BROACH is the following described real ~state, which is located
and situated in Brevard County, Florida:
LOTS 1 and 2, Bloc~; ~49, PORT ST. LUCIE,
Section 25, Plat Book 13, Page 32.
4. That your Executo= wishes to confirm the sale of
said property for FIVE THOZISAI~ID SIX HUNDRID ($5, 600.00) DOLLARS,
of which a ONE AUNDRID ($100.00) DOLLAR deposit has been paid, by
WILLIAM H. BRAY and BARBARA C. BR.AY, his wife, in accordance with
the attached copy of Purchase and Contract for Sale, dated October
11, 1972, duly executed by the said prospective purchasers. ~
5. That your Petitioner deems it in the best interest
of the estate to sell said property on the above terms and conditions.
