THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Motion of L.
Byrd ~iooth, Jr., Executor of the Estate of MARIE SHEPPERD BROACH,
Deceased, to sell certain property, and the Court being duly ad-
vised in the premises, it is thereupon,

- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: -
1. That L. Byrd Booth, Jr., executor of said estate, be
and he is hereby authorized to sell the decedent`s described real
estate which is located, situate and being in Brevard County, Florida
according to the terms and conditions on the Purchase and Contract
for Sale document dated October 11, 1972, executed by prospective
purchasers, WILLIAM H. BRAY and BARBARA C. BRAY, his wife, copy
