MOTION TO AMEND ORDER _ ~ ey ~k
The E~{ecutor, L. BYRD BOOTN, JR., requests this Court f
to amend its Order of November 6, 1972, in order to correct a
misdescription of the subject~property, as follows:
Delete Paragraph 1 of said Order and in its place
substitute the following Paragraph 1: ~
1. That L. Byrd Booth Jr., executor of said estate,~
be and hereby is authorized to sell the decedent's described
real estate which is located, situate and being in~St. Lucie
County, Florida according to the terms and conditions on the
~ Purchase and Contract for Sale document dated October 11, 1972,
executed by prospective purchasers, WILLIAM H, BRAY and BARBARA
~ C. BRAY, his wife, copy attached to the Motion filed herein,
~
~ and Consent of the beneficiaries also filed herein; said

property described as follows: ~
~ Lots 1 and 2, Block 349, PORT STo LUCIE, ~
Section 25, Plat Book 13, page 32, according '
to Records of STo LUCIE County, Florida; where
said property is located,.lying and being.
WHEREFORE, your Executor requests an Amended Order be
entered, verifying the above substitution.
