BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority,_ personally appeared
MARY HOLBROOK BOSWELL, who, upon her oath, deposes and says:
1. She is the daughter of LENA F. HOLBROOR, the Grantor ~
named in the Warranty Deed conveying the South Half of the above
described real property to your Affiant and her husband, JOSEPH ~
WILLIAM BOSWELL, dated November 13, 1967, and recorded in Official
Records Book 169, page 218, public records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida. !
2. That your Affiant is the sister of CHARLOTTE HOLBROOR
HENRY, who, together with JAMES EDWARD HENkY, her husband, are named
as Grantees in a certain Warranty Deed conveying the North Half of
the above described property, from LENA F. HOLBROOR,.as Grantor,
dated November 13, 1967, and recorded in Official Records Book 169,
page 217, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the consideration of "love and affection" recited
in both of the aforesaid Warranty Deeds from LENA F. HOLBROOK to
your Affiant and her husband, and your Affiant's sister, CHARLOTTE
HOLBROOR HENRY, and her husband, was so recited inasmuch as the Grantor,

and one of the Grantees in each Deed, were blood relatives, being r

mother and daughter respectively
