administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
EMMA SNEED, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath
says: That my name is EMMA SNSED, that Affiant was well ac-

quainted with WADE D. MAHANL~AH and ELLA MAE MAHANNAH, his wife,
grantees in that certain deed to the above described property
dated November 14, 1939 and that the said WADE D. MAHANI~?H and
ELLA MAE MAHANI~H lived together continuously as man and wife
from the aforementioned date to the date of her death. Affiant .
further states that she was well acquainted with JAMES B. McCABE
and LUCILLE H. McCABE, who also resided on the above described
~ property from the time they acquired the title to same on April

6, 1950 and Affiant can state with certainty that JAMES B. McCABE

and LUCILLE H. McCABE lived together continuously as man and
wife from April 6, 1950 until the date of her death. Affiant
further states that she resided in a home located immediately ~

adjacent to the above described property and was personally well
