BEKE, a single adult, formerly the wife of Alan R. Miller, the ~

Petitioner in that certain Dissolution of Marriage action filed in
the Circuit Court, 19th Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Luc ie
County, Florida, case number 72-318, wherein a Final Judgment
dated June 6, 1972, recorded in Circuit Court Minute Book 78,
page 435, was entered incorpo=ating a certain Separation Agree-
ment dated March 17, 1972, and certain stipulation thereto dated
June l, 1972, concerning real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, as follows:
Lot 13 and Lot 14, Block 3, WAGNSR SIIBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 74, on file
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
At-the request of her former husband, Alan Richard Miller, and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other
valuable considerations inuring to the undersigned from First ~ ~
~ Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, does hereby

I subordinate the lien, operation, all right, title and interest in

~ and to the above described real property by reason of the aforesaid
f inal judgment, separation agreement and stipulation to the lien~
and operation of that certain mortgage, and the indebtedness
secured thereby executed by Armando G. Rodgers and Glenda Ann
Rodgers to First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Ft. Pierce . ,
under date of April 13, 1973, recorded in OR Book 213, page 768
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the
~ sum of $19,700.00, and encumbering the above described real property,

in the same manner and effect as if said mortgage had been dated ~
~ and filed for public record prior t~ and in advance of the final
