The undersigned hereby acknowledge that they have received
and read a copy of the Easement from GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION to
FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY dated December 13, 1972, recorded
December 14, 1972, in Official Records Book 209 , Page 44
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which affects the
front ten feet of the following Lot in St. Lucie County, Florida:
