a Florida corporation, was mortgagor and he and the aforementioned ~
principals were mortgagees, by executing that ceYtain satisfaction of
mortgage dated September 18, 1968 and recorded September 20, 1968
in Official Record Book 173 at page 1936.
3. That at the time of exectttion of said satisfaction of mortgage,
he had not received actual or constructive knowledge or notice of the death
of any of the aforementioned principals, or notice of any facts indicating _
their death and that in fact said principals are still living. He further says
that as of the date of execution of said satisfaction of mortgage, sa id
principals had not revoked the power of attorney given to him by them;

and further affiant sayeth not. ~
