ADMINISTRATRIX'S DEED ~
THIS INDENTURE, executed this a9 ~ day of January, ~
1973, between BETTY ANN GARCIA, as Administratrix of the j
Estate of W. E. RICHESON, JR., deceased, Party of the First ~
Part, and JAMES McLAUGHI,IN, a single adult, whose address is -
2918 Forest Terrace, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
: Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH, That, whereas, the Circuit Judge of St.
Lucie County, Florida, on the 15th day of January I973, among .
other things, ordered that the Party of the First Part execute
a Deed to the Party of the Second Part,
NOW TI~REFORE, This Indenture Witnesseth: That the
said BETTY ANN GARCIA, as Administratrix of the Estate of
W. E.~RICAESON, JR., deceased, in order to carry into effect
the said sale so made as aforesaid, and in pursuance of the
Order of the said Court, in consideration of the sum of SIXTEEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($16,000.00) paid by the Party of the Second ,
Part to the Party of the First Part and DORIS M. RIC~SON, '
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Party of the First~
Part has granted, bargained, sold, and by these presents does

grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto ~
