34 South. Range 39 East, excepting rights-of-way for public roads and drainage
canals; said land lying and being in St . Lucie County , Florida.

This is a purchase money second mortgage and is subject to and inferior to that
certain mortgage from William E. Harris and Shelby M. Harris , his wife , and Tomas
Rene Perez, a single person, to The Federal Land Bank of Columbia, recorded on
April 17, 1973, in Official Kecord Book 213, page 403~ public records of St. Lucie
County , Florida , and mortgagors do hereby cov~nant and agree to make the pay-
ments due on said first morigage when the same become due and payable and in
the event that they become in default on said mortgage payments , then this second
mortgage and note shall immediately become due and payable at the option of the
mortgagee .
Mortgagor covenants and agrees among other covenants, to maintain the grove
in accordance with good husbandry in St . Lucie County , Florida.
