R. Book 212 ; at page 979 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, : and which mortgage deed encumbered certain real property in St. ' Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: PARCEL 1: Lot 5, less the North 8 feet thereof, PINE VISTA SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat ' Book 9, page 58, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; ' PARCEL 2: The West 285 feet of the East 495 feet of the ~ West 528 feet of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 ~ of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 ~ ~ast; LESS the South 33 feet thereof conveyed to the State ~ of Florida by Deed recorded in O. R. Book 152, page 467; s i PARCEL 3: The North 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the , SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35_South, Range 40 East; ~ LESS the East 33 feet thereof for right of way of McNeil Road . as security for an original principal debt of $100,000.00 evidenced by a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said ! mortgage deed; and WHEREAS, the description of the property set forth in said mortgage is in error and the mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually ~ agreed that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to f correct the error in description; } NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and promises herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each to ~ the other paid, BETHEL BAPTIST CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, ; ' INC., a corporation not for profit under the laws of the State ~ Ij of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and FIRST FEDERAL s, ~ SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter called ; ~ the Mortgagee, agree as follows: 1.
