KNOW AI,I, MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, the owner and holder of that
certain Lien in the amount of $294.56 held against JOYCE SANDERS,
1611 Avenue Q, Fort Pierce, Florida, dated November 24, 1969 and
recorded in OR Book 181 at Page 691 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the following described property
in said County to-wit:
Lot 323 of Sheraton Plaza, Unit 4, Replat,
as recorded in Plat Book 16 at Page 18
for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other qood and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by Joyce Sanders, the
owner of said property, and Stockton, Whatley, Davin and Co.,
the owner of the following mortgage, has and does hereby make its
aforesaid Lien subordinate and inferior to that certain mortqaqe~
from Joyce Sanders to Stockton, Whatley, Davin and Co., dated
April l, 1973 arid recorded in OR Book 213 at Page 299 of the Public
Records of saitl County.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Board has caused this agreement to be
executed in its name by its Chairman and its seaZ affixed hereto
by its Clerk this ~,Zt day of ~~a-y 1973.
