THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, executed this 30 day of January

described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida; to-wit:

to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 47,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all
the estate, right, title, interest, lien equity and claim whatsoever t

use, benefit and behalf of the said second party forever.
