Together with ai! bu+idings, improvement;, fixtures or appurtenances n~w or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, i~cluding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-~
irally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by iessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, fioor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water hs~ters (ali of which are intended to be and are hereby
decta~ed to be a part of said real estate whether physicaiiy attached thereto or not); and also together with
