I~ MAftGARET L. LILES, hereby certify that I am Secretary of
Candor Hosiery Mill, Inc., and as -such am custodian of the Minutes
of the meetings of the Dired~rs of said Corporation; that on March
11~, 1973, the following resolution was unanimously adopted by the
Directors:
RESOLVED, that Robert L. Liles, Jr., President ~
of Candor Hosiery Mill, Inc., is hereby author-
ized to negotiate with Shell Oil Company with j
respect to exploration of the property of '
Golden Groves for oil and other mineral deposits; i
and President Liles is further autharized and
empowered to enter and execute all necessary
instruments and documents, including leases and
contracts, as may be required to permit Shell
Oil Company to explore upon that 320 acres, more ;
or less, owned by Golden Groves in the State of ~
,
Florida. '
I further certify that Mr. Robert L. Liles, Jr. is President
` and Mrs. Margaret L. Liles is Secretary-Treasurer of the Corporation.
