It is furEher agreed between the parties to this mortgage that in
addition to the terms and conditions set out in this mortqage it
is agreed tha~ a conveyance should be made by the Mortgagor
of the premises herein described, or any part thereof, without
the written consent of fihe Jensen Beach Bank, and without an '
assumption in writting by the new proposed Grantee of this obliqa-
tion to the Jensen Bea,ch Bank created by said Promissory 1Vote
and this Mortqa,ge, then, and in~ that event, at the option of the
Jensen Beach Bank, wifihout notice, all sums of money secured
hereby shall immediately and concurrently with such conveyance
