edness stipulated in this note and in the mortgage given to secure the same.

proteat and dernand for payment, and in case suit shall be brought for the collection
hereof or the same ahail be collected upon demand of an attorney, to pay all expenaes
of such collection. including a reasonable attorney's fes thereon.
